| First Bird of the Day [BOD] - Coppersmith Barbet |
Arrived in Bangkok this afternoon after a lengthy wait
between flights at Changi Airport in Singapore. Saw a few birds enroute before
arriving at our first nights accommodation - at the Eastin Thana City Golf
Resort. Cunning plan to photograph and identify as many bird species as
possible to get our birding trip off on a good start.
Our arrival was not 100% as Russ's bag failed to show - questions asked were answered with 'it is still in Singapore.' The plan is that they will return it to our hotel this evening.
It proved to be a reasonable place to begin - although I was told off for stumbling on to a green...
